Shipping Destinations & Costs

Lunezzo currently ships exclusively within Australia. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees.

Delivery Times

Our total delivery time consists of Processing Time + Transit Time.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (AEST)

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday)

Transit Time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday – Friday)

Estimated total delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. You can also track your order at our Order Tracking page.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable local taxes (GST). The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated 15 business days, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@lunezzo.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is officially confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
