SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When can I expect to receive my order? If you place your order before 5:00 PM (AEST), we will begin processing it the same business day.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

After dispatch, transit time within Australia is usually 6–12 business days (Monday – Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–15 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress.

Where do you deliver and how much does shipping cost? We currently ship exclusively within Australia. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.

How can I track my order? You can easily track your order through our Order Tracking page. Simply enter the tracking number provided in your dispatch email and follow the steps.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns? Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

What happens if my item arrives faulty or incorrect? Quality is our priority. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. After review, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include:

- A replacement product

- A full refund

Where applicable, return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by Lunezzo.

Do you accept returns for non-faulty products (change of mind)? Yes, we accept returns if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.

Is there a restocking fee? No, we never charge any restocking fees.

How do I start a return? All returns are handled by mail. Please contact our support team at support@lunezzo.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

How long does it take to receive a refund? Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are typically processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Do you offer exchanges? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, the fastest method is to return your original product for a refund and place a new order.
