Lunezzo — Return & Refund Policy
At Lunezzo, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility (Non-Faulty Items)
If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the product simply isn’t what you expected, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- damaged,
- faulty,
- or different from what you ordered,
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
In most cases, you do not need to return faulty or incorrect items.

Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- a free replacement, or
- a full refund
All costs for faulty or incorrect items are fully covered by Lunezzo.
3. How to Return a Non-Faulty Item
To start a return:
1. Contact us at support@lunezzo.com
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address
3. Send the item back by post (return postage for non-faulty items is paid by the customer)
All returns must be sent via mail.
Return labels for non-faulty items are not provided.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary
3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@lunezzo.com
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer’s responsibility.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Non-faulty items (change of mind, sizing):
The customer pays the actual return shipping cost.
- Faulty or incorrect items:
Lunezzo covers all costs.
